TEPS Terms of Use

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for using accurate account information. A TEPS ID is linked to one TEPS account and should not be shared for another person’s assessment attempt.

TEPS Coins

TEPS Coins are platform credits used for eligible TEPS opportunities. Earning, purchasing and redemption rules may vary by activity or product and are shown in the platform. TEPS Coins are not cash and are not intended to be transferred between users unless TEPS explicitly enables that feature.

Assessments

Assessment access depends on the published registration rules, profile requirements, assessment window and eligibility conditions. Secure assessment content must not be copied, shared or distributed.

Courses and external learning

Some TEPS courses may open on a TEPS Courses service after the user has obtained the required entitlement. Course access and completion may depend on the external course service remaining available.

Payments

Paid transactions are processed through the configured payment provider. If a payment is captured but TEPS does not immediately grant the purchase, do not pay again; use the payment reference so TEPS can reconcile the transaction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Assessment registrations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled assessment window by contacting support@things-education.com. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s account, bypass assessment restrictions, manipulate TEPS Coin balances, duplicate payment fulfilment, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
