TEPS Privacy Policy

What TEPS collects

TEPS may collect account information such as your name, email address and TEPS ID; professional information you choose to add to your profile; activity and learning records; assessment registration, attempt and result information; TEPS Coin transactions; and payment references required for reconciliation.

Why TEPS uses this information

TEPS uses this information to operate your account, provide learning and assessment services, maintain your TEPS Coin wallet, show progress and results, improve the platform, provide support, and maintain operational records.

Optional profile information

Some profile fields are optional. TEPS should only require information that is necessary for the service or assessment journey. Optional demographic and qualification information is not required for normal account use unless TEPS clearly explains a future purpose.

Payments and passwords

Payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider. TEPS does not store payment secret keys in Google Sheets. Passwords are stored as secure password hashes and are not written to Google Sheets.

Operational reporting

TEPS uses persistent application storage as the source of truth and may mirror appropriate operational/reporting data to a TEPS-controlled Google Sheet. OTPs, password hashes, authentication secrets and payment secret keys are not intended to be written there.

Your choices
